Do we accommodate allergies?

Yes. Please be advised our boards, boxes and grazing tables may contain nuts, fruits, berries, wheat,gluten and diary products; that may cause an allergic reaction for certain individuals. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, pork-free, nut-free options may be available upon request. While we make every effort to accommodate all dietary restrictions, it is your responsibility to inform indulJence of any food allergy or intolerance in advance.

 

 

 

Do we deliver?

Yes. We offer deliver within Tuscaloosa county. Delivery is 8.00 within a 10-mile radius. Fie delivery services outside of Tuscaloosa, we require a minimum purchase. Please contact us for details. If a delivery is misses, the customer is responsible for arranging a pickup from Tuscaloosa.

 

 

 

What's included?

Each graze, board and box come with fresh & dried fruits, artisan Cheeses, nuts, premium charcuterie meats, crackers, and wooden utensils.

 

 

 

Cancellations

 

INDIVIDUAL BOARD/BOX ORDERS

You may cancel your order up to 5 days prior to your pick up or delivery date for a full refund. Unfortunately, indulJence cannot provide refunds for board or box orders canceled less than 5 days prior to pick up or delivery.

 

COOPERATE & EVENT ORDERS

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to your event. If you cancel within 1-2 weeks of your event, you will receive 50% of the total amount paid. Unfortunately, indulJence cannot provide refunds for orders canceled within 1 week of the event.

 

 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact indulJence immediately via phone if you receive the wrong order or for issues. Upon receipt. We can only evaluate and correct the issue if we are contacted.

 

 

 

How far in advance?

Grazing tables require 4-6 weeks notice. This allows sufficient time for sourcing and planning. For charcuterie boards and boxes, we advise a 2-4 day notice, but will do our best to accommodate.

 

 

 

How do I return boards?

Boards and props are not to be washed. The customer will be required to return all boards & props to indulJence within the prearranged time frame.
